1983

Jurid® launches a range of asbestos-free brake pads.

1977

The Federal Research Institute for Alternative Friction Materials issues a development mandate to Jurid®, thus underlining and endorsing the German friction specialist's expertise.

1953

Jurid® moves its headquarters from Düsseldorf to a state-of-the-art R&D and Manufacturing facility in Glinde.

1920

Jurid® market premiers: compression-moulded brakes.

1915

German friction company Jurid® is founded. Its first headquarters are based in Düsseldorf.
